What you will do

• Implement and enforce physical security standards and access policies in data center spaces.
• Manage facility access, conduct audits, and handle access requests and revocations.
• Act as a liaison with colocation partners to advocate for high-level security.
• Create and implement security training programs for employees, visitors, and contractors.
• Regularly tour and inspect data centers, producing remediation reports and leading incident investigations.
• Manage and oversee customer security programs to ensure needs are met.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5+ years of experience in a physical security field (law enforcement or military experience applicable).
• Must have work authorization that does not require sponsorship now or in the future.
• Must be a U.S. person (citizen, national, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee) for export control compliance.
• High school diploma or GED; degree in criminal justice or computer science is preferred.
• Proficiency with Windows, MAC, and Google Workspace.

Nice to have

• Electronic Physical Security Certifications (e.g., Genetec, Axis).
• Professional certifications such as PSP, CPP, or CPTED.
• Experience in IT, computer networking, or physical security design.
• Previous experience as a people manager or team leader.
