What you will do

• Install and upgrade hirify.global software at customer clinical sites, acting as the technical expert representative.
• Collaborate with hospital IT departments to manage installation planning, system architecture, and cybersecurity requirements.
• Troubleshoot complex technical issues independently or in coordination with the Engineering team.
• Complete IT documentation and vendor security questionnaires requested by customer hospitals.
• Support Sales, Success, and Clinical Customer Support teams during software implementations and upgrades.
• Assist team members in resolving internal IT issues.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of clinical Radiation Oncology IT experience.
• Expertise with Radiation Oncology Treatment Planning Systems and DICOM modalities.
• Strong experience supporting clinical application infrastructure, including client, server, storage, and network environments.
• Must be based in the US or Canada.
• Strong critical thinking, problem-solving skills, and a positive attitude.

Nice to have

• 7+ years of clinical Radiation Oncology IT experience.
• Experience with cybersecurity.
• Previous customer service experience.
