What you will do

• Review electrical plans, specifications, and schedules for construction projects.
• Perform detailed electrical material takeoffs for lighting, power, conduit, wiring, panels, and devices.
• Measure conduit and cable lengths accurately from project drawings.
• Organize takeoff quantities by system and area to support cost estimation.
• Collaborate with project managers and estimators to finalize bids.
• Ensure the accuracy and completeness of all takeoff data.

Requirements

• Experience performing electrical takeoffs for construction projects.
• Ability to read and interpret complex electrical drawings.
• Proficiency in takeoff tools such as PlanSwift, Bluebeam, or OST.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Must be based in the Philippines.
• Availability to work 9 AM - 5 PM EST.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with NEC standards.
