Salary: $100,000 - $150,000 / year

What you will do
- Develop technical content and a 100-400 level curriculum with competency testing for field and support teams.
- Ensure all field personnel receive appropriate safety training and represent activities in Safety Committee meetings.
- Maintain qualified field staff lists and establish technical aptitude ratings to support staffing needs.
- Analyze field infrastructure challenges and client needs to identify new OpEX revenue streams and business lines.
- Manage and calibrate electrical field equipment and audit technical reports.
- Review the work of Engineers, Designers, and Field Personnel for general quality and accuracy.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s in Electrical Engineering or Electrical Engineering Technology.
- Current authorization to work in the United States on a full-time basis.
- 4+ years of Engineering or relevant field experience.
- Experience with Omicron test equipment and familiarity with NETA standards.
- Strong understanding of relaying schemes and principles.
- Demonstrated ability to mentor, train, and coach technical professionals.
Nice to have
- FE or PE licensure.
- Experience with programming and troubleshooting SCADA systems.
- OSHA 10 certification.
- Strong interest in AI tools and use cases for training aids.
