TL;DR

Field Enablement & Technical Training Lead (Electrical Engineering): Building field capabilities for safe and consistent execution of electrical field work with an accent on technical training development and competency qualification. Focus on designing 100-400 level technical curricula, managing field equipment calibration, and translating field insights into OpEX growth opportunities.

Location: Remote (USA) or onsite in Lakewood, CO. Must be authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.

Salary: $100,000 - $150,000 / year

What you will do

  • Develop technical content and a 100-400 level curriculum with competency testing for field and support teams.
  • Ensure all field personnel receive appropriate safety training and represent activities in Safety Committee meetings.
  • Maintain qualified field staff lists and establish technical aptitude ratings to support staffing needs.
  • Analyze field infrastructure challenges and client needs to identify new OpEX revenue streams and business lines.
  • Manage and calibrate electrical field equipment and audit technical reports.
  • Review the work of Engineers, Designers, and Field Personnel for general quality and accuracy.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s in Electrical Engineering or Electrical Engineering Technology.
  • Current authorization to work in the United States on a full-time basis.
  • 4+ years of Engineering or relevant field experience.
  • Experience with Omicron test equipment and familiarity with NETA standards.
  • Strong understanding of relaying schemes and principles.
  • Demonstrated ability to mentor, train, and coach technical professionals.

Nice to have

  • FE or PE licensure.
  • Experience with programming and troubleshooting SCADA systems.
  • OSHA 10 certification.
  • Strong interest in AI tools and use cases for training aids.
