What you will do
- Manage the full sales process from lead generation to closing deals and driving revenue growth
- Respond to inbound leads and proactively generate outbound pipeline through multiple channels
- Conduct discovery calls and deliver tailored virtual demos using sales frameworks like Challenger, SPIN, and MEDDIC
- Negotiate pricing and contract terms while maintaining strong customer relationships
- Maintain accurate CRM records and sales pipeline visibility using Salesforce, HubSpot, or Zoho
- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, sales engineers, and account managers
Requirements
- Must have 2+ years experience in inside sales, business development, or full-cycle B2B sales
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding quotas and closing deals consistently
- Experience with Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, and sales engagement tools
- Strong consultative selling, communication, and virtual presentation skills
- Ability to conduct discovery calls, demos, negotiations, and closing conversations
- Location: Must be based in Mexico, Colombia, Brazil, or Costa Rica and work U.S. business hours
Nice to have
- Experience selling SaaS, marketing, or professional services
- Familiarity with SMB and mid-market sales cycles and deal sizes from $5K to $50K
- Knowledge of sales methodologies such as Challenger Sales, SPIN Selling, and MEDDIC
