What you will do

  • Generate new discovery calls and qualified pipeline through outbound prospecting, including email, phone, and social selling.
  • Research target accounts, leadership structures, and business pain points to tailor outreach strategies.
  • Leverage tools like LinkedIn to network with prospects and educate the market on hirify.global solutions.
  • Collaborate with Account Executives and Sales Directors to ensure effective pipeline progression.
  • Gather technical requirements and correlate business value to specific customer needs.
  • Achieve and exceed weekly and monthly metrics for opportunity creation.

Requirements

  • Must be based in the United States
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in B2B telephone lead generation.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, Salesforce, SalesLoft, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
  • Strong communication, listening, and presentation skills.
  • Resilience in handling objections and rejection in a fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to work autonomously with a stable work history.

Nice to have

  • Experience in IT or Software Solutions sales.
  • Familiarity with 6Sense and Drift.
