TL;DR

Location: Must be based in LATAM (Brazil, Mexico, Argentina, Colombia, Honduras, Dominican Republic, or Peru) with EST time zone overlap (9:00 AM – 5:00 PM).

Compensation: $2,500 - $3,000 USD/month

What you will do

  • Manage the full lead-to-close cycle for inbound patient inquiries.
  • Educate prospective patients on membership-based concierge clinic services.
  • Execute structured follow-up sequences for warm and cold leads.
  • Maintain a clean and accurate CRM pipeline.
  • Refine remote sales processes during the company's growth phase.
  • Ensure a high-touch, sophisticated service experience for high-net-worth individuals.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of consultative or high-touch sales experience.
  • C2 English and C1+ Spanish proficiency.
  • Hands-on experience with CRM platforms like HubSpot, Salesforce, or GoHighLevel.
  • Proven track record of converting inbound leads into booked appointments.
  • Ability to translate complex medical information into persuasive messaging.
  • Must be available for EST time zone overlap.

Nice to have

  • Experience in healthcare, aesthetics, or wellness sectors.
  • Background in luxury hospitality or premium client services.
  • Familiarity with EMR systems like Athena Health or eClinicalWorks.
  • Exposure to high-growth startup environments.
