TL;DR

Senior Performance Management and Talent Development Specialist: Managing end-to-end performance cycles and talent development initiatives with an accent on fostering manager-employee engagement and growth. Location: Must be based in or able to commute to New Haven, CT, USA (Hybrid role)

Salary: $110,000 - $187,000

What you will do

  • Develop and communicate review cycle launches, timelines, and deliverables to ensure compliance.
  • Lead goal-setting and performance review workshops for diverse audiences, including leadership.
  • Coach individuals on corporate goal alignment and professional development opportunities.
  • Champion a continuous learning culture and integrate growth mindset philosophies.
  • Utilize data and analytics to measure program effectiveness and drive decision-making.

Requirements

  • Authorization to work in the United States is required (no visa sponsorship).
  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Organizational Development, Psychology, Business, or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years in HR, with 2+ years in performance management and talent development administration.
  • Proficiency in HRIS platforms (SAP preferred) and LMS.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to operate independently.
