What you will do
- Deploy and manage Talent Management programs across Performance Management, L&D, Training, Executive Coaching, and Succession Planning.
- Serve as the primary LMS Administrator (Docebo), managing system configuration, user access, reporting, and troubleshooting.
- Partner with the People Leadership Team to co-develop program strategy, define priorities, and identify resourcing needs.
- Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and communication calendars for all active programs.
- Establish and track program KPIs to evaluate effectiveness and identify improvement opportunities.
- Manage relationships with external vendors and facilitators for training and coaching programs.
Requirements
- 8–10 years of progressive HR or Talent Management experience with success in program delivery.
- Hands-on experience administering a Learning Management System (LMS), preferably Docebo.
- Proven ability to manage multiple programs simultaneously with strong attention to detail.
- Knowledge of performance cycles, leadership development, and adult learning principles.
- Strong analytical mindset for interpreting program data and making recommendations.
- Must be based in the US; company is unable to provide work visa sponsorship.
