What you will do
- Design leadership and professional learning programs developing core skills across all organization levels.
- Partner with senior leaders and SMEs to assess skill needs and co-create learning experiences supporting business strategy.
- Lead learning technology evolution, including selection and implementation of new Learning Management System.
- Build culture of continuous learning by coaching leaders and establishing growth networks.
- Measure and optimize program impact using data and insights to strengthen leadership pipeline.
Requirements
- 7–10 years in learning and talent development, including global or matrixed organizations (ideally tech or SaaS).
- Proven expertise in curriculum design, learning strategy, and program management.
- Strong knowledge of LMS/LXP systems and experience leading system selection or rollout.
- Exceptional facilitation, communication, and stakeholder management skills to influence senior levels.
- Hands-on knowledge of modern learning tools, instructional design software, and trends like AI in learning.
- Degree in HR, Organizational Development, Learning Sciences, or related field (Master’s preferred).
- Fluent English; other European languages a plus.
