Location: US; remote

Salary: $108,900–$136,000 plus eligible bonus

What you will do

• Design and scale global leadership and professional development curricula, learning paths, and end-to-end development journeys.
• Assess organizational capability needs using talent data, performance insights, and stakeholder input.
• Develop manager toolkits and coordinate a global network of subject matter experts and leaders.
• Lead the selection, implementation, optimization, and adoption of an LMS and broader learning ecosystem.
• Deliver workshops, e-learning, coaching, blended learning, and leadership sessions for global audiences.
• Define learning KPIs, measure business impact, and improve programs through data and stakeholder collaboration.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Learning Science, HR, Organizational Development, or a related field.
• 7–10+ years of experience designing and delivering learning and development programs in global, matrixed organizations.
• Expertise in curriculum design, learning path development, professional enablement, and organizational needs assessment.
• Hands-on experience with LMS/LXP implementation, optimization, content management, and adoption strategies.
• Strong facilitation, analytical, communication, stakeholder management, project management, and change management skills.
• Must be based in the US.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree or relevant certifications such as CPTD or ATD.
• Experience with Articulate, Camtasia, LinkedIn Learning, adaptive learning, gamification, or AI-enabled learning.
• Additional language skills such as German, French, or Spanish.
