What you will do
- Design and execute digital media strategies across display, search, social, and programmatic channels.
- Collaborate with Growth and Customer Success teams to ensure seamless campaign delivery.
- Contribute to new business pitches by shaping proposals and aligning them with client goals.
- Mentor junior team members to foster professional growth and industry leadership.
- Develop category overviews and track industry trends to provide actionable strategic recommendations.
- Propose bold, innovative strategies to maintain a competitive edge.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in digital or media planning within an agency setting.
- Fluent English (C1+) is required.
- Strong proficiency in digital advertising tools like Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and DV360.
- Proven ability to analyze campaign data and optimize performance metrics.
- Must be based in EMEA, Canada, Asia, or CIS regions to be considered.
- Deep understanding of digital advertising platforms and emerging marketing technologies.
