What you will do

  • Design and execute digital media strategies across display, search, social, and programmatic channels.
  • Collaborate with Growth and Customer Success teams to ensure seamless campaign delivery.
  • Contribute to new business pitches by shaping proposals and aligning them with client goals.
  • Mentor junior team members to foster professional growth and industry leadership.
  • Develop category overviews and track industry trends to provide actionable strategic recommendations.
  • Propose bold, innovative strategies to maintain a competitive edge.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in digital or media planning within an agency setting.
  • Fluent English (C1+) is required.
  • Strong proficiency in digital advertising tools like Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and DV360.
  • Proven ability to analyze campaign data and optimize performance metrics.
  • Must be based in EMEA, Canada, Asia, or CIS regions to be considered.
  • Deep understanding of digital advertising platforms and emerging marketing technologies.
