Location: Hybrid, must be able to work from the Toronto office (Liberty Village)
Salary: $82,000 – $100,000

What you will do
- Develop and execute a global webinar and virtual event strategy to support demand generation targets across North America, EMEA, and APAC.
- Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of virtual programs, including audience acquisition, platform management, and live experience delivery.
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, and content teams to align event messaging and maximize pipeline conversion.
- Utilize AI tools for marketing assets, audience segmentation, and performance analysis to optimize registration and engagement.
- Analyze post-event data to refine strategies and ensure efficient program performance.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external agencies to ensure seamless execution and brand consistency.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience executing high-volume webinars and virtual events.
- Proven ability to manage complex projects across multiple platforms and multi-disciplinary teams.
- Deep working knowledge of digital event platforms and marketing technology (e.g., ON24, Splash, Salesforce, Marketo).
- Strong analytical skills with a focus on delivering against forecast commitments for inquiry and MQL.
- Ability to work in an agile environment and manage relationships with external suppliers and partners.
- Must be based in or able to commute to the Toronto office for hybrid work.
