Salary: $120,000 - $130,000

What you will do
- Oversee comprehensive marketing campaigns across digital, social, retail, and media channels.
- Lead and mentor a multi-disciplinary team of Marketing Managers and Digital strategists.
- Define artist brand positioning and visual identity in collaboration with artists and managers.
- Manage marketing budgets and optimize fund allocation for maximum impact.
- Drive fan-engagement strategies and growth through social platforms, newsletters, and direct-to-fan touchpoints.
- Collaborate with Data & Insights teams to analyze consumption data and shape real-time campaign strategies.
Requirements
- Minimum 7 years of experience in music or entertainment marketing in a senior leadership role.
- Must be based in Toronto and able to work in the office 4 days per week.
- Deep expertise in the modern streaming ecosystem, TikTok, and short-form video trends.
- Proven ability to pitch complex strategies to high-profile artists and stakeholders.
- Strong data interpretation skills to drive informed decision-making.
- Excellent communication, writing, and presentation skills.
