Salary: $98,300 – $133,100

What you will do

• Lead the end-to-end planning and execution of high-volume event portfolios, including tradeshows and Brand Partnership events.
• Partner with Sales, Partnerships, and Demand teams to align event strategies with revenue goals and pipeline generation.
• Manage comprehensive project plans, budgets, vendor relationships, booth builds, and on-site logistics.
• Track and analyze performance metrics such as leads and conversions to constantly improve event efficiency and results.
• Coordinate cross-functionally with Creative, Brand, and external partners to ensure seamless execution across multiple concurrent events.

Requirements

• Proven experience managing high-volume event portfolios, specifically tradeshows and sales-led events.
• Strong operational and project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple events simultaneously.
• Results-driven mindset with a focus on tying event outcomes to revenue and business KPIs.
• Legal entitlement to work in Canada.
• Based in one of the hub cities: Edmonton, Toronto, Vancouver, or Kitchener-Waterloo.
• Ability to travel regularly to the United States.

Nice to have

• Experience in SaaS or high-growth tech environments.
• Familiarity with CRM systems, lead capture tools, and event technology platforms.
• CMP certification or equivalent.
