TL;DR

Demand Generation & Events Lead (B2B Marketing): Own pipeline-generating programmes across the UK with a strong focus on strategic events, account engagement, and lifecycle marketing. Location: Hybrid model requiring availability at London office 2 times per week

What you will do

  • Plan and execute B2B event programs across EMEA, including conferences, executive dinners, roundtables, roadshows, and hirify.global-hosted events
  • Own the EMEA events calendar, aligning with go-to-market priorities and regional growth
  • Develop executive engagement opportunities and field activations to drive demand and pipeline
  • Manage end-to-end event execution, including timelines, logistics, and vendors
  • Partner with sales and vertical marketing to align events with target accounts and support follow-up
  • Design lifecycle and nurture programs integrating event engagement with broader campaigns
  • Track performance, report on leads and pipeline influence, and optimize strategies using data

Requirements

  • 3–7 years experience in B2B marketing, focusing on demand generation, field marketing, and/or events
  • Proven experience delivering events and programs that generate pipeline in enterprise or consulting environments
  • Strong understanding of account-based marketing and complex B2B sales cycles
  • Hands-on experience with marketing automation and CRM platforms (e.g. HubSpot, Marketo, Salesforce)
  • Excellent project management skills for multiple programs
  • Strong stakeholder management and collaboration with sales teams
  • Experience in global companies and/or multicultural teams
