TL;DR

Senior Field Marketing Manager (SaaS): Driving regional pipeline and business growth in North America with an accent on demand generation, ABM, and event execution. Focus on developing localized marketing plans, orchestrating high-impact campaigns, and aligning closely with sales leadership to achieve revenue targets.

Location: Must be based within commuting distance of the Chicago hub (Hybrid, 3 days in-office). Relocation support is available.

Salary: $123,500 – $145,000 per year + Equity

What you will do

  • Develop and execute the North America field marketing strategy to drive regional brand awareness and demand.
  • Forecast and track pipeline performance against goals, partnering closely with regional SDR teams.
  • Orchestrate integrated marketing campaigns including digital channels, events, and ABM initiatives.
  • Plan and execute high-impact industry events, conferences, and customer-focused experiences.
  • Act as the key liaison between marketing and North American sales leadership to align on revenue targets.
  • Manage a small team and implement AI-first workflows to automate campaign execution and processes.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in B2B SaaS marketing and leadership, focusing on field marketing and demand generation.
  • Proven track record of executing successful field marketing strategies and pipeline creation in North America.
  • Experience managing and forecasting budgets and reporting ROI to finance and data teams.
  • Experience building and leading teams, including direct and dotted-line reports.
  • Must be located in or able to relocate to Chicago, IL.
  • Strong understanding of multi-channel marketing, including digital, events, and ABM.
