TL;DR

Director, People Business Partner (GTM): Leading the people agenda for Revenue and Marketing organizations with an accent on workforce strategy, organizational design, and talent development. Focus on scaling enterprise sales organizations and integrating AI into HR workflows.

Location: Hybrid (Raleigh, NC) - In-office 3 days per week

Salary: USD 185,000 - 220,000

What you will do

  • Translate the People roadmap into actionable 3-6 month business unit plans for the GTM organization.
  • Lead and coach a globally distributed team of People Partners supporting Revenue and Marketing.
  • Drive forward-looking workforce planning, anticipating headcount needs and optimizing org design.
  • Build succession plans for critical roles and manage career frameworks and mobility decisions.
  • Oversee performance management cycles and complex employee relations matters across markets.
  • Leverage people analytics and AI-assisted workflows to drive data-backed talent decisions.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of progressive HRBP experience, with 5+ years embedded in a GTM tech environment.
  • Proven track record partnering with VP and C-level GTM leaders on talent strategy.
  • Experience scaling enterprise sales organizations, including familiarity with MEDDPIC.
  • 3-5 years of experience leading teams of HR professionals, ideally across global regions.
  • Deep expertise in managing complex employee relations, investigations, and separations.
  • Must be based in or able to work from Raleigh, NC (Hybrid).
  • Active use of AI tools to accelerate HR workflows is required.

Nice to have

  • Experience supporting international GTM teams, particularly in EMEA or APAC.
  • Proficiency with Workday, hirify.global, or Salesforce.
  • Experience building manager development programs or retention frameworks.
  • Experience operating within a Center of Excellence (CoE) model.
