Location: Hybrid in Munich, Germany (2-3 days per week in the office)

What you will do

  • Act as a strategic advisor to business units, aligning HR strategies with P&L drivers and operational goals.
  • Lead strategic workforce planning, identifying critical roles and developing succession plans.
  • Manage the full performance and talent cycle, coaching managers on high-impact conversations and career paths.
  • Execute change management interventions and drive culture transformation using data-driven diagnostics.
  • Handle complex employee relations and risk management, ensuring legal compliance.
  • Collaborate with the Compensation & Benefits team to maintain competitive and equitable reward structures.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in HR or Business (Master's or CIPD/SHRM certification highly desirable).
  • Minimum 5 years of HR experience, with 3-4 years in a strategic HRBP role supporting high-growth or international units.
  • Deep business acumen and understanding of how people strategy impacts financial performance.
  • Expert knowledge of employment law in Germany, France, Poland, and the UK.
  • Proven ability to influence executive-level stakeholders and lead organizational change.
  • Must be based in or able to work hybrid in Munich.
