What you will do

  • Provide dedicated administrative support to the Vice President and Regional Vice President of Business Development.
  • Manage complex calendars, scheduling changes, and competing priorities for senior leadership.
  • Coordinate end-to-end meeting logistics, including booking participants, preparing agendas, and tracking follow-ups.
  • Liaise professionally with external clients, consultants, and internal stakeholders.
  • Support the planning and execution of key events, leadership offsites, and stakeholder sessions.
  • Maintain organized records and handle confidential information with sound judgment.

Requirements

  • Post-secondary diploma or degree and 5+ years of relevant administrative experience.
  • Proven experience in calendar management and meeting coordination.
  • Strong technical proficiency with Microsoft Office tools and virtual meeting platforms.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrated discretion in handling sensitive and confidential information.
