What you will do
- Manage the CEO's professional and personal calendars, prioritizing meetings and coordinating competing demands.
- Organize detailed travel itineraries, including flights, hotels, visas, and airport logistics.
- Serve as the CEO's primary gatekeeper, fielding calls and coordinating meeting requests.
- Coordinate company events, team-building activities, and personal errands.
- Develop reports, spreadsheets, and visual data presentations for executive use.
- Maintain filing systems, documentation, and manage correspondence on behalf of the CEO.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Minimum 5 years of related experience.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Microsoft Teams.
- Excellent command of the English language (C1+).
- Ability to work onsite in Miami, Florida to assist with personal tasks and errands.
- Willingness to work occasionally on nights and weekends as needed.
