What you will do

• Conduct inbound and outbound collection calls to maintain delinquency targets and mitigate losses.
• Provide consistent follow-up on accounts ranging from 5 to 90+ days delinquent.
• Investigate and resolve complex loan servicing issues such as insurance claims, impounds, and bankruptcies.
• Negotiate win-win solutions including payment extensions and refinancing options.
• Ensure all activities comply with federal and state regulations regarding collections.

Requirements

• HS Diploma or GED required; some college coursework is a plus.
• Minimum of two years of collections or servicing experience, ideally in auto finance.
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule including late nights, weekends, and holidays as required by business needs.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Ability to master web-based systems of record and skip-tracing tools.

• Bilingual skills in English and Spanish.
