What you will do

• Analyze credit data to determine risk levels and make decisions on credit extensions within established authority.
• Build and maintain productive relationships with automobile dealers to meet volume and quality objectives.
• Negotiate loan terms and ensure all required documentation is accurately captured.
• Ensure strict compliance with State and Federal regulatory requirements and company policies.
• Collaborate with internal departments to maximize operational efficiency and meet service levels.
• Integrate AI tools like Microsoft Copilot into daily workflows to improve research and insights.

Requirements

• High School Diploma required; Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• 2-3 years of relevant experience in consumer finance.
• Knowledge of motor vehicle retail installment documentation and credit laws.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including extended hours, weekends, and holidays.
• Must not require visa sponsorship.
