What you will do
- Initiate collection activities on early and mid-stage delinquency accounts.
- Counsel delinquent customers to establish formal and informal repayment plans and settlements.
- Accurately document all customer contacts within the collection system.
- Identify ways to mitigate loss, including processing due date changes and deferrals.
- Escalate highly delinquent accounts to senior collectors for specialized handling.
Requirements
- Associate’s Degree.
- 2-3 years of experience in collections, branch banking, or customer service.
- Bilingual proficiency in Spanish is required.
- Must be located in or able to work onsite in Oklahoma City, OK.
