TL;DR

Sales Operations (Quality, Audit & Compliance Lead) (SaaS): Designing and running quality assurance and compliance programs across sales operations with an accent on process adherence, data integrity, and risk mitigation. Focus on auditing CRM usage, implementing corrective actions, and optimizing the Quote-to-Cash cycle.

Location: Hybrid in Madrid, Spain. Relocation package available for international candidates.

Salary: €42,000 – €72,000 base gross per year (OTE up to €82,800)

What you will do

  • Develop and maintain a risk-based audit program covering CRM usage, approvals, contracts, CPQ, and billing.
  • Execute periodic audits, document findings, and quantify the business impact of compliance gaps.
  • Perform root-cause analysis and collaborate with Sales, Legal, Finance, and Product teams to implement corrective actions.
  • Validate the accuracy of key sales data, including ACV bookings and Renewals, ensuring adherence to data governance.
  • Build and deliver training for sales and Sales Ops on controls, CRM best practices, and audit findings.
  • Scale compliance monitoring using automation, dashboards, and BI tools.

Requirements

  • Must be based in or be able to relocate to Madrid, Spain.
  • 4+ years of experience in sales operations, internal audit, compliance, or finance operations.
  • Deep hands-on experience with Customer Service Quote to Cash operations.
  • Proven track record of auditing CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot) or CPQ platforms.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in SQL, advanced Excel, and BI tools like Tableau or Power BI.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for presenting findings to executives.
