What you will do

• Act as a trusted advisor to the Marketing Leadership team by providing proactive analysis and actionable insights.
• Develop and maintain KPI packages to measure marketing campaign effectiveness, performance against targets, and ROI.
• Drive process improvements within marketing automation tools and CRM to enhance data integrity and reporting accuracy.
• Partner with Sales Operations, Product Marketing, and Product teams to optimize lead conversion and achieve mutual revenue objectives.
• Utilize AI-driven technologies to enhance analytics, forecasting, and process automation.
• Perform ad hoc analysis for marketing leadership and C-Suite executives.

Requirements

• 4+ years of relevant experience in Marketing Operations, Sales Operations, or Consulting, preferably in a SaaS environment.
• Advanced proficiency with Excel and experience using Salesforce, Marketo, and Tableau.
• Ability to synthesize large quantities of disparate data into compelling recommendations for executives.
• BS/BA in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration and communication skills.
