Location: Mississauga, ON – Hybrid / Canada – Remote
Salary: $234,000 - $260,000 + bonus + benefits (Canada base salary range)

What you will do
- Set and evolve UX and product content guidelines, including how users interact with AI-enabled functionality across roles in the healthcare continuum.
- Lead UX quality improvement and AI transformation initiatives by defining success metrics and measuring impact on business outcomes.
- Standardize interaction patterns and content design practices, and scale adoption of an internal design system across multiple products and teams.
- Partner with Product and Engineering executive leadership to align on strategy, initiative progress, and risk mitigation.
- Embed UX and content design early in discovery, planning, and decision-making; clarify decision rights and ownership between Product and UX.
- Build and develop high-performing teams across UX design, content design, and user research, establishing operating rhythms and measurable performance expectations.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in UX, content design, or product design in complex B2B technology environments.
- 5+ years leading multi-disciplinary design and research organizations at scale.
- Bachelor’s degree in UX, Design, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven executive-level experience influencing strategy and outcomes within Product and Engineering organizations.
- Deep expertise scaling UX across large, multi-product platforms, including developing design leaders and senior talent.
- Strong understanding of user-centered design, accessibility, and content clarity in regulated/high-complexity domains; experience integrating AI into user experiences and team workflows.
