Senior Product Designer (SaaS)

Location: Remote within Canada; candidates must reside in Canada and be legally authorized to work there

Salary: CAD 100,000–CAD 130,000 yearly

What you will do

• Create intuitive UX and UI solutions for Mariana Tek, a platform for boutique fitness businesses.
• Design experiences covering class scheduling, booking, inventory management, point-of-sale, and consumer workflows.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and execute product strategies aligned with user needs and business goals.
• Conduct user research, usability testing, surveys, and synthesis to inform design decisions.
• Lead complex design initiatives, influence stakeholders, and mentor team members.

Requirements

• 5+ years of UX design experience with a strong portfolio of complex web and mobile applications.
• Strong expertise in Figma, design thinking, wireframes, user flows, prototypes, mockups, research questions, and user surveys.
• Deep knowledge of user-centered design, usability heuristics, information architecture, design systems, and interaction patterns.
• Understanding of front-end technologies including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, leadership, and stakeholder-influencing skills.
• Legal authorization to work in Canada is required; visa sponsorship and contractor or Employer of Record arrangements are not available.

Nice to have

• Experience in a B2B SaaS environment.
• Experience using AI in design, research, or copy.
• Front-end coding experience for prototyping or component development.
