L7 Staff Product Designer (AI)

Location: Remote across the United States or Canada; offices available in Austin, Texas and San Francisco, California.

Base salary: $210,000–$260,000 USD per year; Canadian offers are calibrated to local market rates. Meaningful equity is also offered.

hirify.global is a Series B travel technology startup building hirify.globalOS, a SaaS operating system for property managers with direct booking, guest messaging, pricing, payments, distribution, reporting, and AI-powered operations.

What you will do

• Lead high-scope design projects across multiple hirify.globalOS product pillars, from creative vision and strategy through execution.
• Define design direction for operator onboarding, calendars and reservations, pricing, guest communication, payments, distribution, and reporting.
• Simplify complex business systems into fast, clear interfaces for property managers.
• Design how AI agents operate autonomously, how operators supervise them, and how trust is maintained.
• Own the hirify.globalOS design system, including patterns, components, tokens, and governance.
• Conduct operator research, prototype and test quickly, mentor designers, and partner with Product, Engineering, the founder, and the CPO.

Requirements

• 10 to 13+ years of product design experience shipping software products.
• Experience defining strategy across multiple product areas or complex systems, with demonstrated business outcomes.
• Experience building, scaling, or materially shaping an organization-adopted design system.
• Strong technical understanding of how designs are built, with deep mastery of Figma and modern prototyping tools.
• Strong product strategy, systems thinking, quantitative analysis, research, communication, and mentoring skills.
• Must be able to work remotely from the United States or Canada.

Nice to have

• Experience designing AI-powered products or agentic workflows for business users.
• Background in travel, hospitality, vacation rentals, property management, or operational SaaS.
• Experience with data-heavy interfaces such as dashboards, pricing tools, calendars, or financial products.
• Mobile-first design experience and knowledge of native app and mobile web patterns.
• Experience building prototypes, side projects, or products in code.
