What you will do

• Provide on-site support for hirify.global drivers at Target Sortation Centers.
• Liaise between Target Sortation Center operations and drivers to ensure dispatch efficiency and safety.
• Triage and escalate operational concerns or technology issues to leadership and partners.
• Support new processes, product launches, and pilot tests.
• Monitor delivery performance and operational results to drive financial health.
• Develop countermeasures for market defects in partnership with leaders.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in operations, customer service, or related fields.
• Experience working in logistics or warehouse environments.
• Proficiency with smartphones, app stores, and Google Suite.
• Strong data-driven leadership and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to maintain a flexible working schedule.
