What you will do

  • Supervise and develop team leads and associates supporting DTC order fulfillment operations.
  • Manage daily workflow to ensure timely and accurate processing of consumer orders, prioritizing speed and customer satisfaction.
  • Utilize WMS and reporting tools to plan staffing and adjust priorities in real-time based on demand.
  • Monitor and drive performance against key metrics such as order cycle time, fulfillment accuracy, and on-time shipment.
  • Lead training and development initiatives to equip teams for evolving eCommerce demands.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to resolve order issues and improve the end-to-end consumer experience.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of leadership experience in a DTC or eCommerce environment.
  • Hands-on experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
  • Must have flexibility to work between 1st and 2nd shift.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a time-sensitive, customer-driven environment.
  • Proficiency in data interpretation, metrics tracking, and Microsoft Office.
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

Nice to have

  • Experience in high-volume, fast-paced fulfillment operations.
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish.
  • Experience with order management systems.
