What you will do

• Coordinate second shift pick, pack, loading, and shipping activities.
• Oversee hourly associates, managing daily workloads and work assignments.
• Manage recruitment, hiring, training, and performance accountability for staff.
• Utilize WMS and RF scan guns to monitor and ensure workload completion.
• Assist in annual budget preparation and manage ongoing expenses to meet targets.
• Handle shift payroll tracking and associate scheduling.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to work on-site in Jessup, Maryland.
• 5-7 years of experience in a warehouse processing environment.
• 3-5 years of leadership experience with responsibility for team performance.
• Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS) and RF scan guns.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs continuously.
