Full-Stack Engineer (Python/React)

What you will do

• Build, ship, and maintain full-stack applications across backend services, data pipelines, and frontend interfaces.
• Translate design concepts and wireframes into polished, production-ready deliverables.
• Partner with Product, Design, and Engineering to define requirements and technical solutions.
• Create reusable components and patterns, write clean testable code, and contribute to technical standards and roadmaps.
• Prototype features, troubleshoot complex systems, and improve observability, resilience, and security.
• Advance engineering practices through technical discussions and AI-enabled development workflows.

Requirements

• 6+ years of professional software development experience.
• Strong Python experience building clean, efficient, and extensible backend services, APIs, and data-processing pipelines.
• Production frontend development experience with modern frameworks; React is preferred.
• Experience with multi-step AI and agent-driven workflows, including reviewing AI-generated code.
• Experience integrating frontend applications with backend services and third-party systems.
• Knowledge of responsive design, accessibility, frontend performance, scalable UI architecture, backend security, CI/CD, Git, automated testing, containerization, and cloud platforms.
