Salary: $76,600 - $106,450 annually, plus 10% annual incentive compensation.

What you will do
- Lead onboarding, training, and coaching programs for sales professionals.
- Develop and maintain quality assurance standards and performance benchmarks.
- Serve as the subject matter expert for sales enablement tools, lead management, and marketing platforms.
- Create training materials, playbooks, and coaching guides to support consistent execution.
- Analyze performance trends and training effectiveness to identify improvement opportunities.
- Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Operations leadership to align enablement strategies with business objectives.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
- 5-7 years of experience in sales training, enablement, coaching, or insurance distribution.
- Must hold Property & Casualty, Life & Health, and Series 6 licenses.
- Proven success in developing and delivering training for field and inside sales teams.
- Strong ability to influence performance and drive adoption of new processes.
- Must be based in the United States.
