Location: Must be based in New York, NY (Hybrid: 3+ days in office)
Salary: $60,000 - $70,000

What you will do
- Develop and implement sales training programs, onboarding sessions, and ongoing learning opportunities.
- Create and maintain training materials including presentations, user guides, recordings, and one-pagers.
- Track and analyze sales performance metrics to identify gaps and develop targeted enablement strategies.
- Assist with the implementation and maintenance of Salesforce CRM and other sales enablement tools.
- Proactively monitor CRM data for errors and perform quality assurance on new Salesforce configurations.
- Provide day-to-day technical system support and gather feedback for process optimization.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in sales, marketing, or customer success roles.
- Proficiency with Salesforce CRM platform and sales enablement tools.
- Strong project management, organizational, and data analysis capabilities.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Must be able to work in-person in the New York office at least three days a week.
