TL;DR

Sales Enablement Associate (Salesforce): Supporting the sales team by equipping them with resources, training, and tools to drive revenue growth with an accent on CRM management and sales training. Focus on optimizing Salesforce configurations, analyzing performance metrics, and developing onboarding programs.

Location: Must be based in New York, NY (Hybrid: 3+ days in office)

Salary: $60,000 - $70,000

What you will do

  • Develop and implement sales training programs, onboarding sessions, and ongoing learning opportunities.
  • Create and maintain training materials including presentations, user guides, recordings, and one-pagers.
  • Track and analyze sales performance metrics to identify gaps and develop targeted enablement strategies.
  • Assist with the implementation and maintenance of Salesforce CRM and other sales enablement tools.
  • Proactively monitor CRM data for errors and perform quality assurance on new Salesforce configurations.
  • Provide day-to-day technical system support and gather feedback for process optimization.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in sales, marketing, or customer success roles.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce CRM platform and sales enablement tools.
  • Strong project management, organizational, and data analysis capabilities.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Must be able to work in-person in the New York office at least three days a week.

  • Salesforce Admin Certification.
