What you will do

• Collaborate with clients and internal teams to gather and document business requirements.
• Conduct business process analysis to identify optimization and efficiency improvements.
• Translate complex business needs into clear functional and technical requirements.
• Facilitate workshops, stakeholder interviews, and requirements-gathering sessions.
• Analyze data to prepare reports, dashboards, and insights for decision-making.
• Assist in change management, process documentation, and user adoption.

Requirements

• 5+ years of post-graduate experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in consulting.
• Strong experience in requirements gathering, business process mapping, and stakeholder management.
• Proven track record in digital transformation, process improvement, or technology implementation.
• Proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, JIRA, and Confluence.
• Must be based in the London Area, United Kingdom to support hybrid work.
