Focus on leading cross-functional Agile delivery and documenting/managing requirements in Jira or Azure DevOps while supporting national security missions.
Location: Albuquerque, New Mexico, USA (Remote work available)
Salary: $55,300–$126,000 (annualized, USD)

What you will do
- Identify client business needs, gather user requirements, and develop user stories.
- Distill complex business processes into clear, actionable requirements with thorough acceptance criteria.
- Perform current-state and target-state analysis and design for software applications.
- Document and manage requirements in tools such as Jira or Azure DevOps.
- Lead teams and client engagements; present recommendations to product owners based on findings.
- Collaborate with UI/UX designers, developers, testers, and other business analysts to deliver deployable features.
Requirements
- Secret clearance (required; applicants must be subject to a security investigation).
- 3+ years of experience with technology work.
- 2+ years of experience as a requirements analyst or business analyst.
- Experience leading teams and client engagements.
- Experience documenting and managing requirements in Jira or Azure DevOps.
- Bachelor’s degree.
Nice to have
- Experience with Agile frameworks (Kanban, Scrum, XP, Lean, DevOps, or SAFe).
- Experience with brainstorming tools such as Mural or Miro.
- Experience with federal/DoD organizations (e.g., Air Force, Space Force).
- Top Secret clearance and/or Agile certification.
