Salary: $55,300–$126,000 (annualized, USD)

What you will do

• Identify client business needs, gather user requirements, and develop user stories.
• Distill complex business processes into clear, actionable requirements with thorough acceptance criteria.
• Perform current-state and target-state analysis and design for software applications.
• Document and manage requirements in tools such as Jira or Azure DevOps.
• Lead teams and client engagements; present recommendations to product owners based on findings.
• Collaborate with UI/UX designers, developers, testers, and other business analysts to deliver deployable features.

Requirements

• Secret clearance (required; applicants must be subject to a security investigation).
• 3+ years of experience with technology work.
• 2+ years of experience as a requirements analyst or business analyst.
• Experience leading teams and client engagements.
• Experience documenting and managing requirements in Jira or Azure DevOps.
• Bachelor’s degree.

Nice to have

• Experience with Agile frameworks (Kanban, Scrum, XP, Lean, DevOps, or SAFe).
• Experience with brainstorming tools such as Mural or Miro.
• Experience with federal/DoD organizations (e.g., Air Force, Space Force).
• Top Secret clearance and/or Agile certification.
