Location: Hybrid (New York City, NY) - 2-3 days in-office per week

Salary: $120k - $175k Gross (includes base + bonuses)

What you will do

• Engage stakeholders to understand and document business needs through interviews and workshops.
• Create comprehensive BRDs, FRDs, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Optimize workflows for government services and citizen engagement platforms.
• Collaborate on system integration and the adoption of cloud-based platforms.
• Develop test cases and facilitate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) sessions.
• Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders, IT, and external partners.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience as a Business Consultant.
• 3+ years of experience working within the public sector.
• Proven track record with digital transformation and enterprise systems.
• Strong knowledge of Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies.
• Must be based in or able to work in New York City.

Nice to have

• Understanding of FedRAMP, FISMA, HIPAA, or CJIS regulations.
• CBAP or PMI-PBA certification.
• CSM or PMP certification.
