What you will do

• Investigate and resolve billing issues, payment discrepancies, and account setup errors.
• Manage and track receivables cases within Salesforce and CRM systems.
• Maintain clean, organized, and audit-ready customer records.
• Coordinate with internal operations and billing teams to prevent recurring errors.
• Identify and recommend workflow improvements to enhance collections efficiency.

Requirements

• Must be based in Mexico, Colombia, Brazil, Costa Rica, or Jamaica.
• Must be available to work during U.S. business hours.
• Proven experience in accounts receivable, collections, or billing support.
• Proficiency with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
• Ability to manage high-volume workloads and maintain professional persistence.
