Salary: $163,200 - $224,400 (base pay plus variable incentive pay, if eligible)

What you will do

• Identify unmet needs and whitespace opportunities using market analysis, competitive intelligence, and emerging technology scouting.
• Build and execute a best-in-class Voice of Customer (VoC) capability (e.g., site visits, KOL engagement, usability studies, advisory boards).
• Translate customer insights into differentiated product requirements, including target product profiles, use cases, and clinical/economic value propositions.
• Lead cross-functional alignment and governance with R&D, regulatory, clinical, quality, and commercial teams across priorities, milestones, risk mitigation, and compliance within design control and stage-gate processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Marketing, Business, Engineering, Life Sciences, or a related field, plus 5+ years of relevant business experience (ideally medical device/healthcare technologies or adjacent regulated industries).
• 4+ years in marketing, product management, or strategy roles with increasing scope and responsibility.
• Experience leading new product development initiatives in the medical device industry.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., H1B).
• Not expected to perform work in the unincorporated areas of Los Angeles County.
