What you will do
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for GTM roles (sales, post-sales, marketing) across multiple regions.
- Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements, create job descriptions, and develop a clear hiring strategy.
- Source, screen, and interview candidates through various channels.
- Provide an exceptional candidate experience, from initial contact through to offer negotiation and onboarding.
- Drive offer management and ensure a seamless candidate-to-hire process.
Requirements
- 5+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience, with at least 2+ years in a high-growth tech startup environment.
- Proven experience recruiting for GTM (sales, post-sales, marketing, etc.) roles in a B2B SaaS company.
- Hands-on experience with recruiting in the UK, EU, Asia, US, and Canada markets.
- Strong understanding of recruiting for fast-paced environments with the ability to balance multiple priorities.
- A passion for data-driven recruiting and a strong comfort with ATS (Ashby preferred), Notion, and reports.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels.
- Experience working with diverse, international teams and understanding nuances in hiring across different geographies and cultures.
