TL;DR

Recruiter (Operations): Managing high-volume recruitment for frontline and operational roles including drivers and warehouse teams with an accent on pipeline stability and candidate experience. Focus on scaling the hiring engine, optimizing sourcing strategies, and utilizing AI to streamline operational processes.

Location: Hybrid, two days a week from the London office, with travel to sites as requested

Salary: £30,000 – £35,000 + commission (OTE up to £55k)

What you will do

  • Manage end-to-end hiring for high-volume operational roles such as drivers, warehouse teams, and direct sales.
  • Conduct a high volume of phone and video screenings daily to qualify and engage candidates.
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines via job boards, social media, referrals, and direct outreach.
  • Meet and exceed KPIs including time-to-fill, fill rate, and quality of hire.
  • Utilize AI to streamline hiring processes and drive employer branding initiatives.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand demand and accelerate the hiring cycle.

Requirements

  • At least 1 year of experience in recruitment or sales.
  • Proven track record of hitting KPIs in a numbers-driven environment.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to build rapport quickly over the phone.
  • Proficiency with ATS and confidence using data to manage performance.
  • Must be based in or able to commute to the London office for hybrid work.

Nice to have

  • Experience hiring for frontline, logistics, driving, or warehouse roles.
  • Background in agency recruitment or a transition from agency to in-house.
  • Familiarity with Indeed, LinkedIn, or Screenloop.
