What you will do
- Own end-to-end hiring for critical engineering roles (senior ICs, leads, niche profiles) across London, Porto, and Latvia.
- Co-design and lead centralized pipelines for core engineering families to ensure global talent consistency.
- Standardize interview loops and rubrics to ensure fair, evidence-based assessments and comparable signals across geographies.
- Develop creative sourcing strategies using AI-assisted outreach, automation, and community partnerships.
- Coach hiring managers and interviewers on structured interviewing, candidate experience, and talent density.
- Analyze recruiting metrics (time-to-fill, offer acceptance, quality-of-hire) to provide insights to leadership.
Requirements
- Extensive experience in technical recruiting within high-growth tech, fintech, or product-led companies.
- Proven track record of owning senior engineering hiring (Staff Engineers, EMs, Security/Platform specialists).
- Experience designing or overhauling hiring processes, including centralized pipelines and calibration rubrics.
- Comfort operating with and influencing senior stakeholders, including VPs and Directors of Engineering.
- Deep sourcing capability with practical use of AI tools for personalization and pipeline analytics.
- Builder's mindset with strong analytical skills and an ability to handle ambiguity.
