What you will do

  • Build, coach, and develop an effective enterprise sales team focused on measurable results.
  • Manage and grow a defined sales territory while supporting complex strategic accounts.
  • Use AI tools and sales technology to improve productivity, account planning, and forecasting.
  • Partner with marketing, product, and customer success teams to align sales strategy with client needs.
  • Take ownership of the RFP process and provide guidance to the team on RFP generation.
  • Maintain strong relationships with district leaders and decision-makers.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in software sales.
  • Experience selling ERP, financial, or education-based software to K-12 or public sector organizations.
  • Ability to travel a minimum of 30% of the work week.
  • Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
  • Proven history of building effective sales teams and meeting quota goals.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce CRM and Microsoft Office suite.
