What you will do
- Provide administrative and operational support to sales and sales leadership
- Maintain and update CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) to ensure data accuracy
- Process sales orders, contracts, renewals, and amendments according to company policies
- Support sales reporting, dashboards, performance metrics, forecasting, and pipeline tracking
- Coordinate sales onboarding materials, documentation, and internal resources
- Collaborate with Finance, Legal, and Operations on pricing, contracts, and billing processes
Requirements
- Location: Remote in the US or Canada
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
- 1+ years of experience in sales operations, sales administration, or a related role
- Proficiency with Salesforce CRM systems and Microsoft Office
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail; ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency with Excel and strong written and verbal communication skills
