• Lead and motivate cross-functional teams to meet production schedules and quality standards.

• Drive problem-solving activities and support root cause corrective action processes.
• Monitor workflow efficiency and perform capacity analysis to meet company requirements.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to work onsite in Blacksburg, VA.
• Must have access to U.S. export-controlled information (U.S. Person status).
• Associate degree with 2+ years of leadership experience OR high school diploma with 6+ years of direct supervision experience.
• Strong knowledge of safety protocols and quality control standards.
• Excellent communication and team management abilities.
• Manufacturing experience is strongly preferred.
