What you will do

• Manage specific accounting areas and related footnotes for Forms 10-Q and 10-K, including share-based compensation and pension plans.
• Conduct accounting research for ad hoc technical projects and coordinate the implementation of new accounting pronouncements.
• Prepare documentation for external audit and review procedures.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and maintain financial policies and procedures.
• Execute Sarbanes-Oxley controls and quarterly certification processes.
• Provide U.S. GAAP guidance to corporate and subsidiary personnel.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance (CPA preferred).
• 3-5 years of experience in public accounting (Big 4 preferred).
• Strong understanding of U.S. GAAP and financial reporting standards.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple deadlines in a multi-national environment.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and Word.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.

Nice to have

• Experience with Workiva and Oracle Financial Consolidation and Close software.
