What you will do

• Supervise the monthly and annual financial close processes.
• Review and approve journal entries, account reconciliations, and financial schedules.
• Oversee accruals, fixed assets, and intercompany transactions.
• Support lender reporting, debt covenant compliance, and year-end financial audits.
• Assist with acquisition accounting for mergers and acquisitions.
• Lead, coach, and provide performance feedback to staff accountants.

Requirements

• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
• 5–8 years of professional accounting experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and accounting systems.
• Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
