What you will do

• Research and resolve complex accounting matters involving U.S. GAAP, SEC guidance, and FASB standards.
• Prepare and review external financial statements and related footnote disclosures in compliance with SEC rules.
• Evaluate accounting and reporting implications of complex transactions, including M&A, joint ventures, and hedging programs.
• Develop, document, and maintain accounting policies to ensure consistent application across the organization.
• Manage ESG reporting requirements and coordinate with the Sustainability team for reporting deliverables.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external auditors for quarterly reviews and annual audits.

Requirements

• BS in Accounting or Finance.
• CPA certification required.
• 6+ years of experience in public accounting (Big 4 preferred) or relevant technical accounting industry experience.
• Strong understanding of U.S. GAAP and SEC reporting requirements.
• Must be authorized to work in the US (no visa sponsorship available).
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools.

Nice to have

• Experience with Workiva financial reporting.
