What you will do
- Own technical accounting for internally developed software, stock-based compensation, equity modifications, intangibles, and leases.
- Manage month-end close for technical accounting areas, including calculations, journal entries, and flux analyses.
- Prepare quarterly and annual financial statements, including balance sheets, cash flow statements, and disclosure checklists.
- Research, interpret, and document accounting positions for complex transactions and new accounting standards.
- Collaborate with auditors and cross-functional business partners to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
- Support the development and testing of internal controls and identify opportunities for operational efficiencies.
Requirements
- 5+ years of public accounting experience, preferably within the Big Four.
- Active CPA license and fluency in US GAAP.
- Experience in preparing comprehensive financial statements.
- Must be based in the United States.
- Proficiency with NetSuite and Workiva.

- Knowledge of both private and public company reporting standards.
- Proven ability to work cross-functionally in fast-paced environments.
- Proactive interest in applying emerging AI technologies to financial workflows.
