What you will do

• Own technical accounting for internally developed software, stock-based compensation, equity modifications, intangibles, and leases.
• Manage month-end close for technical accounting areas, including calculations, journal entries, and flux analyses.
• Prepare quarterly and annual financial statements, including balance sheets, cash flow statements, and disclosure checklists.
• Research, interpret, and document accounting positions for complex transactions and new accounting standards.
• Collaborate with auditors and cross-functional business partners to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
• Support the development and testing of internal controls and identify opportunities for operational efficiencies.

Requirements

• 5+ years of public accounting experience, preferably within the Big Four.
• Active CPA license and fluency in US GAAP.
• Experience in preparing comprehensive financial statements.
• Must be based in the United States.
• Proficiency with NetSuite and Workiva.
