Business Analyst (Fintech)

What you will do

• Extend Axiom solution coverage to support new geographies, products, and reporting obligations.
• Translate business objectives into high-quality business requirements and functional specifications.
• Document end-to-end delivery processes and prepare detailed playbooks for scalable solutions.
• Perform user acceptance testing (UAT), including preparing test cases and validating results.
• Support global regulatory reporting teams with queries related to EBA reporting (CoRep/FinRep).
• Build solid relationships with stakeholders across Finance, Product, and Engineering teams.

Requirements

• Must be based in the UK
• Experience with SQL for data analysis and report validation.
• Detailed understanding of trade/transaction lifecycles and financial regulatory requirements.
• Expertise in regulatory reporting, particularly EBA reporting frameworks (CoRep/FinRep).
• Track record of performing UAT and writing functional specifications.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
